About Our Pearls
We use genuine freshwater cultured baroque pearls, hand-selected one by one. "Baroque" means the pearl has grown in a free, irregular shape, so no two are ever the same. Small differences in shape, size, color, luster, and surface texture are natural marks of a real pearl, not defects.
Unless a listing says "the exact piece shown", product photos show a representative piece, and your pearl will be similar in shape, size, and luster.
Daily Care
- Put your jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion, and hairspray.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercise, sleeping, or household cleaning.
- Keep jewelry components away from perfume, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals.
- After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store each piece separately in its pouch to help prevent scratches and tangled chains.
- Never use jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners on pearls.

Different materials may require different care. Follow the confirmed material information on the product page. If a detail is not listed, contact support before using cleaners or polishing products.
Our 12-Month Warranty
Every Tianvow piece comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. This covers issues such as a broken clasp, a loose link, or a pearl coming away from its setting under normal wear. We will repair or replace your piece free of charge and cover the shipping.
To make a claim, email hellotianvow@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos or a video, and a short description of the issue.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Plating wear or discoloration caused by water, perfume, lotion, sweat, or chemicals
- Lost pearls or parts
- Accidental damage, such as pulling, crushing, or dropping
- Pieces that have been altered or repaired by someone else
